Orange light flashing: indicates poor contact, please check whether the charging gun head is plugged in, whether there is a foreign body in the charging interface, or try other charging piles.

If the orange light is on, it indicates that the charging gun head is not inserted properly. Please insert it again.

Red light: charging stop, charging fault may be detected, please check the car screen for fault information, reinsert the charging handle, try another charging pile, or contact Tesla official after-sales service.

Third, charging safety and maintenance

Ensure good grounding:

When using an official Tesla onboard charger, make sure it is grounded. This is for safety reasons, if the ground is not detected, the charger will not be powered on.
